yesterday is somewhat a worst day 4 wawa ( but she laugh instead of crying)....her tyre blown up at highway when she came back from work..luckily it happen at Setia Alam NKVE which is near 2 our house...

lesson for wawa is
change ur Tyre every 3 years (gosh) for a greater performance...

as we can see in any concert...for greater performances..most artist will use blown up effect in the end of their concert...same like wawa's tyre...

Majlis Walimah Yg lebih Bawa Dosa Dr Bawa Berkat..

While writing this entry, im in very bad mood.. one of my neighbour will having walimah/kenduri tomorrow..so tonight they're having the "mlm berinai" (whatever they call it..i still couldnt understand what is the purpose if mlm berinai..of course i'll never put mlm berinai as one of the event in my wedding!!)..is the mlm where we put inai all over the fingers we call it as mlm berinai?? [confusing...confusing..]..letak inai senyap2 dlm bilik udah ler..

The issue rite now is, it would be very annoying of the neighbors to sing into a microphone at night!!!its ok to be overexcited to get married..but, pls la...if u want to have any kind of karaoke, DJ, singing, dancing or whatever, pls do consider your neighbourhood!!! not just they r sucks in singing, even my cats can sing even better!!! its already late!!! almost midnite!!! even peoples are going to sleep rite now!!i really wanna yell at them "STOPPPPPPPP!!!" and of course this kind of majlis wont get any berkah either..ceh...are u hoping that we will pray for happiness in ur marriage??!!!..of course NOT!!!u'r damaging our ears!!!


Karaoke is the most annoying invention ever!!!!!pls hands up..if ur agree with this..


This thing happened over and over again..raya aidilfitri, raya haji, engagement, kenduri, cukur rambut, they will have karaoke till midnite!!!!what the heck?? is by doing that, they'll become happier or what!

I need a peacefull environment to concentrate reading my journals for my research..aan is concentrating with her design work..my mum cant sleep due to the noise...even other peoples are going to sleep rite now..babies cry here and there..too noise to sleep..guys..if ur in plan to get married..pls consider this ok...i hate walimah/kenduri which have entertainment like this..i will definitely not going!

HUKUM MENINGGALKAN SOLAT

Meninggalkan solat fardhu atau melengah-lengahkannnya tanpa apa-apa uzur hingga terkeluar dari waktunya adalah berdosa besar, dan wajib diqada’kan solat itu.

Para ulama menghukumkan wajib qada’ solat bagi orang yang meninggalkan solat dengan sengaja berdasarkan kepada orang yang ada uzur syar’ie diwajibkan qada’ solatnya oleh Nabi s.a.w. Apatah lagi orang yang tiada keuzuran syar’ie sudah tentu lebih-lebih lagi wajibnya. Dosa itu pula tidak terhapus dengan qada’ semata-mata, mestilah disertakan dengan bertaubat kepada Allah s.w.t.

Seseorang yang meninggalkan solat fardhu pada waktunya kerana sengaja, maka wajiblah dia qada’ solatnya dengan segera.

Solat fardhu yang tertinggal kerana uzur seperti tertidur atau terlupa yang bukan kerana kecuaian maka sunat disegerakan qada’nya.

Maksud kecuaian di sini ialah seperti tidur dalam waktu dan lupa yang disebabkan oleh leka dengan perkara-perkara yang tidak dituntut oleh syarak..
Menurut Ibnu Haja al-Haitami,

Orang yang meninggalkan solat tanpa uzur, WAJIB menggunakan seluruh waktunya untuk mengerjakan qada’ solatnya kecuali waktu untuk menguruskan hajatnya yang wajib yang tidak dapat dielakkan, seperti tidur, buang air, mencari nafkah, dan sebagainya.

Haram baginya mengerjakan solat sunat sebelum diqada’kan solatnya.
Tetapi menurut Habib Abdullah al-Haddad pula,

Orang yang meninggalkan solat tadi diberi kelonggaran untuk mengerjakan qada’ solat fardhunya mengikut kemampuan dan kelapangan masanya, tanpa memberatkan dan tanpa pula meringan-ringankan kewajipan qada’ itu sendiri.

Kemudian Syed Abdul Rahman Balawi telah bersetuju dengan pendapat Habib Abdullah al-Haddad, dengan berkata,

Inilah pendapat yang terlebih utama berbanding dengan pendapat para fuqahak yang mewajibkan orang yang meninggalkan solat tadi menggunakan seluruh waktunya untuk qada’ solatnya kecuali waktu untuk menguruskan hajatnya yang wajib.

Beliau berkata demikian kerana pendapat para fuqahak tersebut amat membebankan sekali.

Cara Qada’ Solat

Adalah diwajibkan mendahulukan qada’ solat yang ditinggal tanpa uzur daripada solat tunai (solat pada waktu) sekiranya tidak dibimbangi habis waktunya.Tetapi sekiranya solat qada’ yang ditinggal itu adalah kerana uzur maka hanya sunat sahaja mendahulukan qada’ daripada tunai.

Adalah diwajibkan juga mendahulukan qada’ solat yang ditinggal tanpa uzur daripada solat yang ditinggalkan dengan uzur.

Begitu juga wajib mendahulukan qada’ solat yang ditinggal tanpa uzur daripada solat sunat rawatib tetapi sekiranya solat qada’ yang ditinggalkan itu kerana uzur maka hanya sunat sahaja mendahulukan solat qada’ daripada solat sunat rawatib.

Kemudian lagi disunatkan qada’ solat itu menurut tertib waktu solat seperti diqada’kan Zuhur sebelum Asar, dan begitulah seterusnya.

Malahan tertib itu sunat dipelihara walaupun waktu-waktu qada’ solat itu diselangi atau terputus oleh tempoh masa yang lama.
